ESC 90 Smart RC Speed Controller

The ISDT ESC 90 is a high quality speed controller (ESC) for use in RC models such as cars, rock crawlers and of course model boats that need to be controlled sensitively.

The ESC 90 has a high current capability of up to 90(180) amps and is equipped with an advanced microprocessor for fast response time and precise control. ISDT's ESC 90 also offers a variety of protection features to protect the motor and ESC unit from overheating, overloading and other damage. The ESC features an advanced temperature sensing system that monitors the temperature of the motor and ESC and automatically reduces power when a critical temperature is reached. The ESC supports a wide range of battery types including LiPo, LiHV, LiFe, Li-ion, NiMH and NiCd batteries in the 2-3S or 6-8 cell range. The built-in BEC is adjustable from 5-7.5V, can be loaded up to 3A and is therefore ideally suited for HV servos.

This ESC differs from other comparable products by some special features.

Programming is done via Bluetooth and an APP. In the app, throttle and braking curve can be easily and arbitrarily adjusted. The BEC can be set in 0.1V steps to optimally use the possible forces of the servo. For beginners, there is a beginner mode in which common parameters are already set. If the model is in Bluetooth range, the temperature and capacity of the battery are displayed in real time in the app.

The ESC has an electronic switch which is plugged into the controller and can therefore be extended as required in order to attach the On/Off switch to a convenient place on the model or to hide it.
