Grunau Baby (Laser Cut Balsa Kit) / 3400 mm

In 1931, Edmund Schneider built and flew the first ‘Baby’. Over the years, more than 500 Grunau Baby models have been produced, and some of them are still flying today. After an extensive development and testing phase, we can claim that we have successfully implemented the model perfectly. The result is a very good flying glider model that inspires with a beautiful flight image. You can fly the model on a slope, in aero-tow or with an electric motor. The model can be built as a glider without a motor or as an electric glider. It is also possible to install electric spoiler at your own discretion.

We achieved the take-off weight of 2900g with an ORATEX covering and subsequent painting, as well as the E-brushless drive including the battery. In this equipment, which we recommend, we have achieved the optimal centre of gravity without the addition of trim lead.
