Occre BR 18.4 Steam locomotive kit

The class 18.4 steam locomotives were manufactured by the J.A. Maffei locomotive factory in Munich. These locomotives belonged to the Bavarian S 3/6 series, a famous express locomotive of the Royal Bavarian State Railway.

The S 3/6 was produced in several series between 1908 and 1931 and was known for its excellent running characteristics and high performance. After the takeover by the Deutsche Reichsbahn, the locomotives were given the class designation 18.4-5. Later series were designated as class 18.6.

The kit contains all the materials required to build the stand model. The parts are cleanly and precisely laser cut. Fittings are made of brass and aluminium. Paints/glues/tools are required and are not included in the kit.
